the waiting room

Date & Time : March something, 2012 &  8.04 PM

Place : Some coffee corner at a shopping mall

Finding myself several time in a situation where I have to spend enough bucks for a seat and a cup of coffee in order to kill the time waiting, somehow got me thinking. What if.. there is a tenant in a shopping mall where you can spend hours just to kill the time, without huge money, and still guilt free for being there so long. Oh and also avoiding those people who eyeing you awkwardly for sitting there hours, alone.

On my imagination this place would be just like a waiting room, but instead of a cold silver seat like in an airport or a station, the room would be filled with a lot of  huge comfortable sofa, a Parisian rug, TVs, even a console games and a book shelves full of books from many genres. People can come to this place, pay enough money by hour, and spend hours sitting there, reading books, watching tv, or just sit there doing nothing. It will never be awkward because that’s what the place for. It’s like a living room with library, and a coffee dispenser.

In this place, you can sit and reading books, watching tv, charge your electric gadgets, drink unlimited cup of coffee,  or even sleep on the couch. And if you are lucky enough, you can meet someone there and make an acquaintance. Until you reach your appointment time, and ready to leave the waiting room, still energized and fully charged.

this so-called imagination is a diamond in a rough. someday, i bet.

See the world differently

Hi blogs. i know its been a while, now i finally sit tight in my favorite spot in my home, blogging, after traveled to Pontianak for some reason (I'll tell you on the next post *wink). As you know, I'm a geek. and as a geek, glasses is the main accessories for me. I extremely need them, to complete my outer look and my need.

For now, I've been using one particular un-branded glasses for like 2 years. I think, now is the perfect time to have an eye appoinment and get a new glasses, a nice one. My blurry glasses-less eyes set to this particular Claire Goldsmith: Legacy collection. I love it I want it.

Movie Freak

To all of you iPhone user and also a movie freak, and live in Indonesia, I want to introduce you an application you just gonna love: Movreak.

Movreak or Movie Freak is a social network-based mobile app around movies and cinemas. It’s all about viewing and sharing movie information, showtime, and seat plan, share your movie reviews and watchings, and share them all with email, SMS, Twitter, and Facebook.

What you can get with this application:

1. Now you can view movies and showtimes on 21, XXI and Blitzmegaplex. not only for today, but for next or previous day (only for blitzmegaplex movies)
2. View people’s tweets about a movie. and also people's review about a movie.
3. Add your watching plan and share it
4. View who’s planning or currently watching a movie
5. Manage movies you’re about to watch or already watched. So, you won’t watch it twice
6. Checkin directly from Movreak on Foursquare. You can use Movreak to check-in to any places you are right now, without having to use Foursquare app.
7. Share review, status, watching plan, showtimes to Facebook
8. Create event for ‘nonton bareng’ or ‘nongkrong bareng’ and invite friends
9. connected to twitter. so you can write your status rightaway. 
10. also, we can check the available seats.

I always fancy my home. I moved a lot from one to another, and I experienced different houses. From the oldest to the brand new one. the scariest-darkest to the happy-bright one. Of all those, each house brought a memory, and i always love those houses we've lived in. It is true what they say, Home is where your heart is.

I, once i get marry, for sure gonna build a small house with my husband. I always imagine what's my own home gonna look like. The foyer, the Family room, the dining room, 3 bed rooms, nice and big kitchen, WALK-IN CLOSET, and of course, the garden. I know it sounds pretty classic and usual, but i love it. For now, I don't fancy the minimalist design, i would go for the classic one. this design applied also for the interior.

Those pictures above is the one i want the most. I know those seems un-match and have different types one to another (I'm not an interior experts) but i believe, me and my future husband will work it out some how and find the utter-most one we called home. :)

Tomorrow is new year's eve already, i dont have any special event, just like usual, spend it with my big fam. And on midnite we're gonna have a little speech and share about what we had on 2010 and what we're going to expect on 2011. Sounds boring rite?! *yawning* Story of my life. I never go to a old/new party or have a countdown to a new year because of this tradition. But still, on the bright side, i can be with my family, and of course i got a new lacey dress for the event. It ia definitely my happy pill for the nite. Lovely. I promise to make a post about the dress! Whats your plan for nye? What you gonna wear? Do tell.

Hai i'm back after a while.. I'm not gonna come up with a story of my life now, cause it is pretty much the same. :p

I just wanna try this new app for ipad. It is called WORDPRESS. This application is suppose to be helpful to manage juggling several kind of blog at ones. And, it may become handy to upload an image or stuff to a blog.

Now, I give you guys the opportunity to peek my bag. Most of my bag is a tote that can carry as much as i want, which is so many things. I love a big bag. like a Longchamp Large tote (Dimensions are 19″W x 12½”H x 7″D). With it, i can carry like anything. It would be life extra heavy for others to carry, but for me: Thats life. life’s tough man, so be it :p

Here is the thing you would find in my so-called BIGBAG:

1. my purple handmade snake-skin wallet.
2. comic book. i need laugh to kill some extra time.
3. ipod touch 1st generation 16GB. its almost full with music and movie. LIFESAVER.
4. erha loose powder for my sensitive skin.
5. contact-lens case for sudden needs
6. Blackberry Bold. my Blackberry is so Dumb. and its battery life is sucks.
7. Marc Jacob Daisy solid parfume. and it can also be used as a necklace. LOVELY.
8. Ipad. yeah apparently i bring this tech wherever i go. it makes my bag so heavy but i dont mind. i need that thing to support my boredom needs. with the iBooks in it, and all of its game.
9. contactlens eyedrop. no need to explains.
10. in my makeup kit (allow me to say my green handmade snake-skin purse a makeup kit :p) i have:

• Sephora black eyeliner. so far it is the best eyeliner for my eyes. make my eyes bolder and brighter. and i dont have to worries i would like a daywalking zombie.
• clinique happy perfume. yes, even with the daisy solid, i still bring the spray for instant need.
• mac see sheer lip stick. THUMBS UP. Recomended.
• Khiels “Golden Berry” Lip Gloss.
• Khiels Lip Balm #1. THUMBS UP. MUST HAVE.
• Bobby Brown Blemish Cover stick natural Beige. to cover my blemish since i have that problem in my skin. like i said before my skin is so sensitive. and this thing is like a lifesaver for my skin face.
• Ricola. No need to explain. i love this candy. since it is sugar free and minty.

and oh, i forget to include the Blackberry charger in the picture. this is one thing i cant leave the house without. for the sake of my social life, especially with my stupid blackberry batt.

THATS ALL. Love my Bigbag with everything in it. smooch.

Shoes dilemma

I'm having a wee bit problem here and i need your professional advice. If you have to choose, which one is better. the black rubi clogs or the brown one? I want both but apparently I can't. Really really appreciate your honest opinion.

Ps. Isn't the black heels rather weird? Or not?

Mamma, i want them

Hi peeps.

As you know that i'm now in a small city called jambi (ask google if you get lost what i'm talking about), and now i'm rooting for shopping. Madly! I surf on internet looking for an online shopping, but still didnt satisfied my needs. I need to smell the shop, feel the cool ambiance, touch the materials, and stuff like that. Kyaaaaa.

and when i said i want to shop, i mean it. These are some cute stuff i drooling after:

1. Melissa Ultragirl Meia - Pink Lace
Maybe its not that cute on a picture, but believes me when its come with pink and lace, its goody! 



2. Thomas Sabo's charms
this particular charm has been one of my passion, since my dad gave me a bracelet for my graduation.
  



3. A clogs.
I know it kinda impulsive. But, i want itttt so much i make a promise with myself that when i'm back to the City, this is the first thing i'm gonna looking for.

 

4. Topshop jeans
I actually need to get one, coz what i have now is kinda ruined. And why topshop? It just fits me well. Especially the topshop baxter jeans. Simple and casual.





Yeahh, these are on top on my list.
